Cyrille Petibon, the creator of Linge Particulier, loves homes full of children and friends, fireside snacks, walks in the forest, the sea, cozy beds, the Sunday morning market in Paris, a coffee on a terrace, eating organic and fair trade, and building relationships. In 2011, she decided to create a brand that reflects her. Linge Particulier tells you her story and invites you to enter her world, which is at once bohemian, vintage, designer, contemporary, understated, and discreet. The honeycomb weave is available in two textures of varying thickness and is available as hand towels, hand towels, bath sheets, bath mats, kimono-style bathrobes, and beach towels. A beautiful color palette will allow you to create the atmosphere of your bathroom according to your tastes.
Linen is a natural fiber that boasts many qualities, both in terms of its comfort of use and its production method. Compared to other fibers, it is certainly the most environmentally friendly. Responsible for dyeing, it requires less water and industrial products. For your daily well-being, linen keeps your bed cool in summer and warm in winter. It's the ideal bedside companion for restful nights.
But in addition to being good for our sleep, linen is good for our health. As early as the Middle Ages, it was noted that linen was suitable for people with very sensitive skin. Unlike other fabrics, the unique texture of linen fibers prevents bacteria from attaching to them.
An Organic Fibre.
At Linge Particulier, linen is 100% washed. This softens its fibre for a softer feel and more velvety colours, in a bohemian spirit. This suppleness also gives it a lovely natural wrinkle and a perfect drape. Plus, thanks to the pre-wash process, it won't shrink or fade. Nothing you come into contact with it will keep you from sleeping and waking up feeling rested.
100% sustainable, flax cultivation contributes to maintaining a virtuous activity in production areas. Because it requires a large, skilled, and local workforce. As the only vegetable fiber native to Europe, flax thrives there better than anywhere else. A naturally humid oceanic climate, a low temperature range, rich soils, and the expertise of flax growers explain its flourishing in our regions.
So, everything that makes up the flax stem is used: Fibres for textiles, eco-material tow for insulation or paper, shives (fragments of straw recovered during fibre extraction) for construction, development and energy, or as animal bedding.
